All of our orders are quality checked before they leave the unit which means that the above should never happen.If you have ordered clothing from us but you ordered the wrong size, then we are happy to offer a replacement on the following terms:
1. The clothing must be unused and be in the original packaging
2. No damage has occurred after opening the package
3. The clothing should be in a condition that allows us to resell
4. The return will need to be shipped back to us at your own costs including the shipping for the replacementMachine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle
